Yes! All Doggy Boxes ship from our fulfillment center in Illinois, and we deliver to all 50 states.
How many boxes has Doggy Box delivered?
Since our founding in Japan in 2017, we’ve delivered over 600,000 boxes to dogs and their families.
How can you cancel a Doggy Box?
You can cancel your Doggy Box subscription by disabling auto-renewal from your account dashboard at any time. If your pup isn’t happy with their Doggy Box, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Can Doggy Box customize treats for my dog’s allergies?
At this time, we’re not able to customize or substitute treats based on individual allergies. However, we understand how important this is, and we hope to offer more flexible options in the future.
Do you have a box for dogs over 20 lbs?
Not at this time. Our current box is designed for dogs under 20 lbs.
